What is social media marketing?
In short, social media marketing is sharing messages to communicate with others through social media sites such as Linked In, Facebook and Twitter. Many funeral professionals are rightly nervous about using social media. Between technical difficulties, knowing what to write about and fear behind offending or upsetting others, social media can be a minefield to cross. However, social media marketing can be a wonderful place to share personal stories, memories and news. Attracting new clients and keeping up to date with past ones can be seamless and even enjoyable!
What can we do for you?
Social media marketing can be as intensive or as relaxed as you would like it to be. As part of our social media support work, we will have a meeting with you to discuss your plans and what it is you would like to achieve through social media marketing. From this, we will then create a bespoke package of what exactly we can do for your social media channels. To give you an idea, social media work usually consists of some or all of the following:
