It can be difficult (not to mention time consuming!) to explain to external agencies the intricacies of communicating with the bereaved, and how to set an appropriate tone. Our marketing fills the gap that traditional agencies can’t fill; inside industry experience.
Our role is to support you as a part of your business. To tell your story, in a way that is right for you, while still promoting the excellent service you provide. We understand the challenges that funeral sector businesses face and we are here to help.
Our approach with clients is to really get to know you, your business and what it is that you want out of marketing. We then look at the best way we can do that, and create your own personalised plan and package deal. Only have a few questions? That’s ok, we offer ad hoc support too.

Sophie Hadley
Sophie is still our main point of contact and lead marketing specialist. With over 10 years experience in marketing and 8 in bereavement services, Sophie has the expertise to support your business. From analysing your current marketing efforts, to planning and implementation across all different channels. Sophie is also a trained crematorium technician and chapel attendant, still reguarly supporting funerals to ensure her industry knowledge is fully up to date.
Oliver Hadley
Ollie is our SEO and data analysis expert. A spreadsheet guru, Ollie's role is to support our copywriting team to use keywords specific to you and your business across your marketing efforts. Ollie is also a trained crematorium manager, technician and chapel attendant still supporting Crematoria across the country.
Louise Smith
Louise works as our lead copywriter. Not only does she have an English degree and taught English oversees, she is also an extremely experienced funeral celebrant with over 10 years experience. Louise can help write content for your website, social media and traditional offline projects.
Shine Photography
Shine Photography is our photographer of choice. James and his team have photographed many funerals, funeral homes and venues. In fact, if the images on the site were not taken by Sophie, they were taken by James!

Harold & Jeffrey
Both Harold and Jeffrey support the team through consistently critiquing their work, they work very hard as our quality assurance officers. Harold takes his role so seriously, he also likes to test the audio on video calls for sound quality.
Bean
Bean is the latest addition to the Hadley clan and her main role is supporting the team as our morale officer (which we think she does very well!)
